Shipping policy

 

Volcanica Coffee is committed to offering only the highest quality of freshly roasted exotic coffees. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all wholesale orders going to the USA in the 48 contiguous states. The minimum order quanity is 20 lbs. We use UPS or FedEx to ship in the United States:

We strive to bring you the most cost-efficient shipping rates with the fastest delivery time. We ship from our roastery located near Atlanta, Georgia, on business days. An order may be delayed due to our roast schedules, large orders, flavored coffees, degassing for ground coffee, and peak season volume.

We may change the shipping carrier that a customer has selected based on our experience for the package to arrive in the most expedient method.

International Shipments

We do not ship wholesale orders internationally and only ship domestically to the USA.

Returns

If you are not happy, please talk to us so we can make it right. We hope you love your selections, but if for any reason you wish to send them back or exchange them, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the package. Just let us know if you would like to return an item through the Contact Us page. We would appreciate an email or phone call before the return so that we may have to opportunity to correct the issue first or exchange it at no charge.

Products not eligible for return or exchange are coffee that has been ground, and custom or special orders. Refunds are issued minus any shipping charges and return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
